They have looked after my transmission issues for years with no problems. Kind, helpful and courteous staff.
My truck was dropped off on Wednesday by a tow truck and informed that they had three transmissions before mine and the latest they will get to my truck was early next week. I was called on Friday afternoon just two days later and it was complete!! They have excellent warranty.
Back in August when I was travelling from Athabasca to Calgary, my car broke down outside of St. Albert, and I had it towed to this centre. Despite it being a very busy week for them (it was right after a long weekend), they made sure to fit in a time to look at my vehicle and see what repairs it needed. Sean was very patient with me every time I called to check in, and took the time to answer my (many!) questions. Not only this, but he took the time to walk me through the different options for the repairs, calling around to get several quotes for parts. They replaced my transmission quickly and at a decent price. Would highly recommend this shop, as they are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly! Thanks St. Albert Transmission Centre!
Sean and his team are the most professional, honest, and hardworking mechanics I have ever met. Countless times he has saved me hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars by only recommending necessary work that actually needs to be done. They have told me that brakes could wait another year rather than doing the easy job and making that $500 today. This is the most honest shop around, they just do good work and take care of their customers. I can’t recommend them enough, look no further for your lifetime mechanic!!
Sean is just awesome. He is an honest, preventative mechanic. He tells you how to best care for your vehicle, to avoid more costly problems down the road.. He is always kind and courteous.He is always priced reasonably And explains the charges. I would highly recommend him to anyone with automotive issues!
