St. Albert Transmission Centre completed a service on our 2016 Altima. The work was 100% to our satisfaction. The Sean, Kelly, Tyson and Morgan team are second to none. They are honest, trustworthy, very knowledgeable and they have great pride in what they do. Their friendly attitude puts the icing on the cake. If you require any transmission service or repair, this is the place to go. We highly recommend them.

I had some transmission work done, and felt VERY confident my requests, and the work performed was done CORRECTLY.

The mechanic took the time to explain , and show me visually everything that needed to be corrected .

He also again visually confirmed all the work that was performed, and the end results were very acceptable to me.

I would highly recommend this shop for their thoroughness , and professionalism.

This shop is absolutely amazing not only they rebuilt my transmission to where it feels like a brand new truck less then a week on the road my belt and serpentine pulley 2 of them went they had my truck back on the road less then an hour so happy with this shop what ever you need done they are the people to go to so inpressed never have I ever had such great service communication etc I highly recommend this shop 😀 😊

Brought my truck in on a rush job. They squeezed me in that day. Finished on time and very reasonable priced. Showed me everything they did parts replaced. First class service. I would Highly recommend them too anyone. Side note stock up your washer fluid boys 😋

I can’t recommend St Albert Transmission Centre enough. We had two service vehicles go down at the exact same time; we brought the Ford Transit here for a transmission swap and took the other to a different shop for electrical work.

The difference was night and day. While the other shop took 3 weeks with zero communication, the team here had us back on the road in just 2 days. Their pricing was the best I found by far. A huge shoutout to Morgan at the front desk—she was incredibly nice and accommodating. She managed to squeeze us into their busy schedule even though the mechanics were slammed, understanding how much we needed our vehicle back.

If you want fair pricing, fast work, and honest communication, this is the place to go. A total breath of fresh air. Thanks again!

Had entire transmission replaced in my Chev truck, literally took me into the shop once repaired and showed me the broken parts of the old transmission, explain how and why the Chev truck transmissions are fragile, showed me the aftermarket billet converter they replaced stock with, and were cheaper than dealership prices by a couple grand, along with the fact that they gave me a long warranty on the new transmission. Super fast, super honest business, trust them 100%

The best place to take your vehicle is St. Albert Transmission.
I had an issue with another garge that told me I needed close to two thousand dollars of work that needed to be done asap. They tried to pressure me into doing the work with them right away.
I had a funeral to go to, which was a 2 hour drive, and I was made to feel that my car would not make it. St. Albert Transmission got my car in and inspected it and showed me, while my car was on the hoyst, that there were only minor issues that could be taken care of at another time. I'm am so grateful for the true professionals at St. Albert Transmission, and the lady at the front desk is a true gem. Thank you.

I found the staff to be very pleasant and informative. I was greated by a wonderful young lady at the front desk when I entered, and had the opportunity to meet one of the owners, as well as the young mechanic that worked on the vehicle. My truck was dropped off on Wednesday by a tow truck and informed that they had three transmissions before mine and the latest they will get to my truck was early next week. I was called on Friday afternoon just two days later and it was complete!! They have excellent warranty.

Back in August when I was travelling from Athabasca to Calgary, my car broke down outside of St. Albert, and I had it towed to this centre. Despite it being a very busy week for them (it was right after a long weekend), they made sure to fit in a time to look at my vehicle and see what repairs it needed. Sean was very patient with me every time I called to check in, and took the time to answer my (many!) questions. Not only this, but he took the time to walk me through the different options for the repairs, calling around to get several quotes for parts. They replaced my transmission quickly and at a decent price. Would highly recommend this shop, as they are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly! Thanks St. Albert Transmission Centre!
