The best place to take your vehicle is St. Albert Transmission.I had an issue with another garge that told me I needed close to two thousand dollars of work that needed to be done asap. They tried to pressure me into doing the work with them right away.I had a funeral to go to, which was a 2 hour drive, and I was made to feel that my car would not make it. St. Albert Transmission got my car in and inspected it and showed me, while my car was on the hoyst, that there were only minor issues that could be taken care of at another time. I'm am so grateful for the true professionals at St. Albert Transmission, and the lady at the front desk is a true gem. Thank you.

I found the staff to be very pleasant and informative. I was greated by a wonderful young lady at the front desk when I entered, and had the opportunity to meet one of the owners, as well as the young mechanic that worked on the vehicle. All around it was a great experience. I feel confident in the work that was done, as well as the fair pricing. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of quality work. My truck was dropped off on Wednesday by a tow truck and informed that they had three transmissions before mine and the latest they will get to my truck was early next week. I was called on Friday afternoon just two days later and it was complete!! They have excellent warranty.

Back in August when I was travelling from Athabasca to Calgary, my car broke down outside of St. Albert, and I had it towed to this centre. Despite it being a very busy week for them (it was right after a long weekend), they made sure to fit in a time to look at my vehicle and see what repairs it needed. Sean was very patient with me every time I called to check in, and took the time to answer my (many!) questions. Not only this, but he took the time to walk me through the different options for the repairs, calling around to get several quotes for parts. They replaced my transmission quickly and at a decent price. Would highly recommend this shop, as they are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly! Thanks St. Albert Transmission Centre!

Sean and his team are the most professional, honest, and hardworking mechanics I have ever met. Countless times he has saved me hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars by only recommending necessary work that actually needs to be done. They have told me that brakes could wait another year rather than doing the easy job and making that $500 today. This is the most honest shop around, they just do good work and take care of their customers. I can’t recommend them enough, look no further for your lifetime mechanic!!

Sean is just awesome. He is an honest, preventative mechanic. He tells you how to best care for your vehicle, to avoid more costly problems down the road.. SEAN

Service Writer / Technician / Mechanic

Sean was introduced to the automotive industry at an early age. At the young age of 9, Sean worked inventory in his father's shop and quickly grew a love for the business. After finishing up in high school Sean decided to journey into the engineering world. During this time his father was able to franchise the shop and run it himself, later asking Sean if he'd like to join him. Sean realized this is where his passion lies and his father taking over the business was the perfect time to get the ball rolling. Sean is currently married with four children and loves showing up everyday to work at St. Albert Transmission Centre.

KELLY

Service Writer / Technician / Mechanic

Kelly has been with St. Albert's Transmission since 1991. He's a stickler for details, and it shows. Kelly has been thoroughly trained to make sure every job is done right the first time.
